Harold Ryan
Harold Ryan was the CEO of Bungie from 2000 to 2016 before Pete Parsons took over his position. Fans did not see much of Harold, except during the reveal of Destiny 1 for the PS4 – there he gave a few interviews. He was present in the company when Destiny 1 was released.
Harold left Bungie and founded his own company, “ProbablyMonsters,” which then included the development studio “Firewalk Studios.” A few years later, ProbablyMonsters sold Firewalk to Sony and released the hero shooter “Concord”.
Concord flopped and Firewalk Studios was closed. However, that did not prevent Harold from creating a new studio in 2024, Hidden Grove, which works on a new multiplayer adventure game – even with a former Bungie developer, Chris Opdahl.
