Amazon has announced when the new MMORPG New World will launch and you should set your alarm clock.
What’s new? Finally, we know when Amazon’s new MMORPG will launch. The servers for New World will go online in Germany on September 28, 2021, at 8 AM, so you definitely should get up early if you want to join right away.
A while ago, Amazon announced that the game can be preloaded from September 27 at 5 PM, but now you finally know when exactly you can actually access the island of Aeternum.
All worries about a last-minute postponement of the title should now be gone. Although many fans believed that New World would definitely be postponed again.
However, Amazon sticks to the release date after the date was postponed several times before. They also talk about what they learned from previous projects and why they want to get everything right with New World this time around.
How is the launch going worldwide? New World will not release all over the world at the same time, but will have a staggered launch. This means it will appear in all regions at the same local time, namely at 8 AM, just like us.
The only exception is Australia, where the MMORPG is said to be released at 9 PM.
We will cover the launch of the EU servers as usual with a live ticker starting at 7 AM, which we will announce in good time.
