One player clearly states: He has invested 6000 hours in Destiny and is an unsatisfied customer. He is now at the point where he will not invest any more money in the game if Bungie does not start addressing the problems.
The player says: “I need to know if there is a light at the end of the tunnel.”

This is the announcement: The community manager of Bungie, Cozmo23, appeared in the thread. He returned to his former place of work: Cozmo came 2015 from the Destiny subreddit to Bungie. He had opened the subreddit in December 2012.

It is said that they want to talk about what measures Bungie is taking to address and improve the issues in Destiny 2. Cozmo says: “Actions speak louder than words. It takes time to change the game,” but they want to talk now until the things are released.
