Construction Worker
How to get the character: Very early in the game, there is a mission where you need to recruit the construction worker. This way, you’ll have him on your team and can use him at any time.
What makes the character so good: Admittedly, in advanced missions, the construction worker isn’t incredibly strong. But especially at the beginning, you have a really good character.
He also has a large drone that you can fly with. With it, you can climb high rooftops and quickly travel from A to B. The rooftops are especially important, as there is often propaganda that you need to destroy.
Furthermore, the construction worker has a fairly strong melee attack. This allows you to score points at least in close fights.
Spy
How to get the character: The spy appears around the MI6 building on the west side of the Lambeth district. Spies periodically appear in the small alleys along the east bank of the Thames. You can then recruit them there.
Alternatively, you must incite the Westminster district. To do this, you need to tackle the red dots on the map in this district and solve the propaganda events in Westminster. After that, you need to complete a mission, and the spy will be added to your list of agents.
What makes the character so good: As a spy, this character has combat experience and can sneak around quite quietly. He has a silenced pistol and a cool agent car that can be invisible and shoot rockets.
Professional Killer
How to get the character: For this, you need to travel to the Nine Elms district. There, you need to solve the three red-marked tasks and then complete a mission in the Battersea Power Station.
If all that is accomplished, the professional killer will join your team, and you can use him at any time.
What makes the character so good: As the name suggests, this character is a real killing machine. He even has a machine gun and can sneak up on enemies and take them out.
Beekeeper
How to get the character: The beekeeper can be found in various parks where you can recruit him. Look for futuristic beehives in the trees. When you find those, you will also find the beekeeper.

Drone Expert
