At E3 2019, Watch Dogs Legion was announced as the third installment of the franchise. This week, the game is finally set to release. We will tell you everything important regarding the release, the preload, and the various editions available for purchase.
What is Watch Dogs Legion? In this new installment of the game, you do not just play as a single character, but can recruit all the NPCs you encounter in virtual London. There are reportedly over 9 million different characters available.
Each of them has unique attributes and skills to complement your team. Even the famous character Aiden Pearce from Watch Dogs 1 is set to appear, though only in a DLC.
With your characters, you will explore a large open world and complete numerous main and side missions. You can collect special items and use various vehicles. Additionally, there are different difficulty levels, including one with permadeath.
For those who do not want to play alone, there is a coop mode for up to 4 players and various PvP modes available.
