At their press conference for E3 2019, Ubisoft officially introduced the third installment of Watch Dogs. In Watch Dogs Legion, you can recruit multiple characters, but you must also fear permadeath.
What is Watch Dogs Legion? Watch Dogs Legion is the next entry in the Watch Dogs series. The setting is London, where the entire city seems to be rebelling. After Brexit, a totalitarian government has turned the city upside down, and the hacker group DedSec is standing up against it.
Ahead of the press conference, there were some rumors about Watch Dogs Legion that have all now been confirmed.

What is special? In Watch Dogs Legion, you can rely on a range of characters. You should indeed be able to play as absolutely any character in the city.
The various NPCs are recruited by you and added to your roster once you have completed their loyalty quests. This way, you can simply continue your objective with a different character, even if one of your people meets their demise.
When is it coming out? The release of Watch Dogs Legion was stated during the presentation to be on March 6, 2020.
Why is the gameplay so special? Ubisoft has dug deep into the gameplay box and shown a lot from Watch Dogs Legion. This stands in stark contrast to the presentation by Microsoft, where many games were shown, but only a few real gameplay scenes were visible.

What is visible? In the trailer, the character Ian is seen trying to recruit a drone expert. However, things are not going well for Ian, and he must succumb to his opponents – permadeath!
But don’t worry. You have more characters available for your hacking work. Like the spry grandma who just fed some pigeons.
What multiplayer options are there? According to the Ubisoft store, Watch Dogs Legion will offer not only the campaign but also co-op missions for up to four players. You can take your own characters online.
There will also be endgame challenges and daily events.
