Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has many maps that are located in various locations. One of them is on the map of Warzone 2.0 – “Al Mazrah”. Therefore, we show you a trick on how you can get a glimpse of the new Battle Royale map already.
See Al Mazrah without having to be in Warzone 2.0: CoD MW2 and Warzone 2.0 are two different titles; however, they share the same mechanics and the same setting.
While many players have already earned most of the Gold camos in MW2 and the excitement for multiplayer is slowly fading, soldiers want to finally dive into Warzone 2.0.
For this reason, we have a trick for you on how you can already take an early look at Al Mazrah without having to be in Warzone 2.0.

How you can see Al Mazrah in MW2
So you can take a look at the new Warzone map, you need a little trick.
First, you need to create a private match for the multiplayer mode. The mode should allow for a team-based match. Then click on game setup and change your map to “Al Bagra Fortress”.
Once you’ve selected the map, go to the “Game Rules” menu. Here, switch to the “Team” tab and go to the “Spectate” option. Now you need to change this menu option to “Free”. This way, you can move the camera freely during spectator mode and are not bound to the playing team.
Start a match and wait for it to begin. Then, in the menu, select “Switch Team” and then “Spectate”. Now you take over the view of the spectator camera and can explore the surrounding map outside of Al Bagra Fortress.
Why can I see Al Mazrah? The map “Al Bagra Fortress” is also located in Al Mazrah. However, Infinity Ward did not put the map in a separate environment but merely locked it and downgraded the surrounding map textures.
Thus, Al Mazrah is still intact, but in a visually worse state. Most likely to avoid burdening platforms with loading textures.
When does Warzone 2.0 start? Warzone 2.0 starts on November 16. Additionally, the first season will be released for both new shooter titles of the franchise, so you have something to chase right away.
