As a Warlock, she possesses magical abilities bestowed upon her through a pact with a powerful entity, her patron. She is played and voiced by actress and model Tricia Helfer.
What is known about the origin of her powers? The exact identity of her patron has not been revealed yet. However, the content of the trailer suggests that it is a Hexblade pact. Based on the feathers and shadows, fans of Dungeons & Dragons also speculate a connection to the Shadowfell and the Raven Queen. But these are only speculations so far.
