The action MMORPG Warframe is set to receive a major update on PC in early December. Playstation 4 and Xbox One are expected to follow.
“What is a Warframe?” – the question will be answered on December 2nd on PC, with what is said to be the “largest update ever” set to launch: The Second Dream. And since they want to end 2015 with a bang, a cinematically designed quest is set to clarify this fundamental question. The press release contains some superlatives about this quest, raising expectations quite high.
Additionally, the Orokin Moonbase as a new PvP map will be introduced, and there will be cheaper death penalties. Currently, players can revive after dying either with the help of a teammate or by using a “token.” Each player has four a day, and once those are used, they can be replenished with real currency.
This will be eased with the December 2nd update. Players will simply get 4 revives per mission. When they return to the ship, it will automatically refill. No more reason to spend money on it.
The patch The Second Dream is also expected to release for Xbox One and Playstation 4 by the end of December.
