What is the Ghoul Extermination? The Ghoul Extermination is a worldly event that is active in Warframe every few weeks. On Earth in Cetus, the ghouls are loose. These crazed Grineer rampage in the Plains of Eidolon, causing chaos and destruction. The task of the Tenno is now to contain the outbreak and exterminate the remaining ghouls.

How does the Ghoul Extermination work? When the Ghoul Extermination is active, you can see on your star map how large the ghoul activity still is. If not all ghouls have been eliminated yet, you can travel to Cetus and accept two quests regarding ghouls from Konzu.
There is an easy task and a slightly more difficult one, but they can be easily accomplished in a team. When you complete a quest of the Ghoul Extermination, the plague in Cetus reduces until it is completely exterminated.
How long does the event last? The event usually lasts 21 days, but it will automatically end when the bar for the plague has been cleared.
What loot is available? This depends on the quests you accept. If you complete the easy quest “Rescue the Ghoul Defector,” you have a chance for the following items:

The loot is generated randomly. So it may be that you have to attempt it several times before you receive your blueprint or the desired mod.
Is the event worth it? The event is definitely worth it, as you can farm especially important mods for builds. You can then use them for yourself or sell them on the market for platinum. Relics can also be farmed, which will drop prime parts for Warframes or weapons. You can then use them or sell them on the market.
