The movie about Warcraft is getting its own set of trading cards, which will likely be aimed mainly at hardcore fans.
No values, but sentimental value
At the end of May 2016, the long-awaited release of the Warcraft movie is approaching, which fans have been waiting for for more than 6 years. Coinciding with the release, the company Topps is set to launch a series of trading cards. Unlike the original Warcraft TCG, these cards will not have any “values” and thus will not be game cards – they are purely collectible items displaying various scenes from the film.
However, there will still be rarer cards that contain autographs from the actors or have a real fabric emblem of the Horde or Alliance embedded in them. Whether these cards will be available in the European market remains to be seen, but nothing should stand in the way of an import from America.
Please note that the cards shown here do not necessarily have to correspond to the final designs. These may change during the production process.
