A girl with an extremely large axe will soon rage in the action MMORPG Vindictus. But how is the game currently doing?
What has been announced? Nexon has announced a new hero for the action MMORPG Vindictus, named Belle. The special thing about Belle is that she wields an enormous axe.
Belle uses this axe because her father was a lumberjack, and the weapon reminds her of him. Belle only appears in the game now because she was frozen for a long time as punishment for entering the Forbidden Forest. She does not get along well with others and prefers to be alone. Thanks to her rather revealing clothing, she would fit very well in the Vindictus Pin-Up Calendar.
A little girl with some serious oomph
What attacks does Belle use? The little girl swings her massive axe to smash her enemies.
- With Flare-Up, she jumps into the air and dismantles enemies with powerful wind blasts.
- Landslide utilizes the force of a previous blow. Belle jumps into the air and lets her axe come crashing down on the opponent.
- In Whipping Wind, Belle braces herself against the axe and spins around. Her enemies take damage from kicks during this.
When will Belle be introduced in Vindictus? The 15th hero is available in the game since October 29.
What is Vindictus? The MMORPG does not offer an open world but a hub system. You select missions that lead you to various areas through which you fight. Vindictus is characterized by its action-packed and fast-paced combat system. Each of the 15 heroes offers you different attacks and special moves to defeat the enemies.
How Vindictus is doing
How is the MMORPG doing currently? You can play Vindictus either directly through Nexon or via Steam. However, now without German support. Steam provides a good insight into the current popularity of the game.
On Steam, it can be seen that Vindictus currently has a rating of 70 percent. However, over the past 30 days, it has dropped to 50 percent. This is due to a technical issue where the launcher would not start.
Overall, the MMORPG is well received.
- Touya writes on Steam: “I’m actually only level 11 so I don’t know how it will look later, but I really like it so far.”
- Hobie Wan Kenobi says: “Very fun game! It’s free and doesn’t push any microtransactions on me. The combat works almost seamlessly and it has one of the best combat systems I’ve seen in an MMORPG.”
According to Steamcharts, an average of around 215 players have been online simultaneously in the past 30 days, with a peak of 565 players. It should be noted that many play Vindictus through their own launcher.
