In the latest update, the popular looter-shooter Warframe brings back a legendary hero, much to the delight of the game’s fans.
What kind of update is this? The latest update of the looter-shooter Warframe is called Veilbreaker and was released on September 7, 2022.
With the update come the so-called Archon Hunts and the 50th Warframe named Styanax. You can get Styanax for free until September 21 by logging into Warframe by that date.
Furthermore, players will witness the return of a legendary hero from the Warframe lore.
Which hero is it? The Veilbreaker update celebrates the return of Kahl-175, a legendary hero from Warframe’s history. However, he doesn’t just return; you’ll step into his shoes.
The Return of a Hero
What does the hero bring back to the game? Veilbreaker introduces a new solo quest in Warframe, where you grab Kahl’s weapons and carve a path through hordes of enemies. Following this, new weekly missions within the garrison tasks will be available. These provide you with the opportunity to strengthen and customize Kahl.
After the missions with Kahl, you will play as your preferred Warframe as usual, but now you can expect new challenging missions. Kahl needs your help in the Archon Hunts to defeat various Archons.

New Missions Against Challenging Enemies
What are the Archon Hunts? The Archon Hunts consist of three missions that are intended to be particularly challenging, as you will hunt the strongest units of the Narmer.
Starting from September 11, a new location of one of the three Archons will be announced each week. If you defeat an Archon, it drops one of three shards that can permanently enhance your Warframe. Each Archon drops a different shard.
