The new trailer for Rainbow Six Siege introduces the Rengoku Event, which starts today and runs for a limited time. This not only brings a fitting Japanese-style map, but also corresponding weapons and outfits.
What is the Rengoku Event? While it runs, a new map and a sort of new mode will be playable. Whether it will be better received than the last new map remains to be seen.
During the event, you need to wage the war of Sun against Moon. Each of the operators will receive a samurai-like outfit and even a new identity during this period. For example, Zofia becomes Kagerou. The usual roles of attacker and defender do not apply in the event mode.

When does the event start? It begins today, April 26th. The event is scheduled to run until May 17th.
