Star Citizen is a mega project. A space simulation that now offers so much more than tedious mining on remote asteroids. The new trailer for the dynamic event “Siege of Orison” proves this once again.
With patch Alpha 3.17.2, a new dynamic event came to Star Citizen. In Siege of Orison, you fight for the flying platforms of the planet Crusader. Currently, the event is still not online, but it should be available in the next few days.
The trailer for the event clearly focuses on shooter gameplay. Tanks roll over the platforms, positions are defended, and areas need to be cleared of enemies. But attacks from the air can also help.

The event runs in several phases. After completing a phase, the next one starts at a later time. The whole setup is reminiscent more of the games from Halo or a futuristic Battlefield.
