Spirit of the North 2 is the successor to the 2019 indie hit Spirit of the North. As in the first part, you embark on a breathtaking journey as a fox. This time with a winged companion.
Spirit of the North 2 is a lovingly designed adventure where you travel as a fox with a raven as a companion through a deserted world on a mission to save the lost guardians and find your way home.
There is no release date for the game yet, but it is announced for PC, Playstation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The predecessor already shone with beautiful and breathtaking landscapes. Now the developers want to up the ante again with Unreal Engine 5, and at least the trailer gives hope that they succeeded.
The trailer begins with a flight over the mysterious world and follows the raven in its supposed search for the fox.
Together we see the two shortly thereafter gliding through various landscapes. From ancient ruins to snow-capped mountains to mystical forests, everything is included.
In addition to beautiful graphics and an imaginative story, the developers promise you several features:
- Interesting puzzles and over 30 unlockable runes
- An open world to explore
- Customizable appearance and abilities of the fox
