Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is just around the corner for PC/Steam, PS5, and Xbox. This DLC promises new content for the dystopian open world of the main game. Shortly before, you will get another trailer featuring star actors.
The trailer is a mix of live-action and gameplay: In the video, you receive survival tips from Idris Elba, who awaits you in a bar. How to survive in Night City is clear to him: You go all in. It’s about becoming stronger, faster, and better to win in battle.
Because Night City is a city where you have to face dangerous criminals, vile politicians, and powerful dealers. And so Idris Elba reminds you that it’s important to figure out who you can trust and who you cannot.
A little later, he draws a weapon and points it in your direction. His words are: Just don’t forget, the game is fixed.
These words could be interpreted in different ways. On one hand, he likely wants to warn you to think carefully about whom you trust. On the other hand, it could be a little joke from the developers because they have fixed
the game.
The short speech is accompanied by various gameplay scenes that should prepare you for what to expect in the upcoming DLC.
