The German developer studio Crytek has created a popular horror shooter with Hunt: Showdown. With the trailer for its newest in-game event Serpent Moon, the title manages to elicit positive words from players about the team behind the game and ignite excitement for new versions of the most popular weapons.
What do we know about the event? The new event in Hunt: Showdown is called Serpent Moon and starts on July 27. It will be active until September 26.
A special feature of the event is the appearance of the maps: the various maps suddenly appear in an eerie green moonlight.
But there is also something special about the weapons: The popular Sparks rifle is getting a pistol variant that can even be played two-handed. In addition, the shotgun Romero 77 will receive a new version called Romero Alamo.

What kind of game is this? Hunt: Showdown is a so-called extraction shooter or EFT-like developed by the German studio Crytek. The game has many horror elements and is especially known for its outstanding sound system.
In the core game mode of Hunt: Showdown, you must hunt and kill monsters. You learn the position of a monster by collecting clues or encountering it randomly. There are four different monsters that can appear on the map.
