The MMORPG Guild Wars 2 has been available for years, but a release on Steam was yet to come. Just a few days before the birthday of the beloved title, it is now time, and Guild Wars 2 celebrates its Steam release with a trailer.
What is happening with Guild Wars 2? The popular MMORPG Guild Wars 2 will turn 10 years old on August 28, 2022. For this reason, the developers have now officially released the game on Steam.
When will Guild Wars 2 be available on Steam? Players have been able to download the title for free via Steam since August 23, 2022, at 9:00 PM.
With the release, the developers at ArenaNet hope to excite many new players for Guild Wars 2.
What content is available on Steam? In addition to the main game, the €100 “Complete Collection” will also include all expansions available on Steam. These include:
- The first expansion Heart of Thorns
- The second expansion Path of Fire
- The latest expansion End of Dragons is also included
- All 5 seasons of Living World, which tells the story between the expansions
How powerful does your PC need to be for Guild Wars 2? The MMORPG is almost 10 years old, so your PC does not need to have the latest hardware to play Guild Wars 2. If you still want a clearer picture, here are the system requirements that must be met at a minimum.
