With Fatal Fury, the Japanese developer studio SNK had a popular fighting game series in the 90s, which many considered a competitor to Street Fighter. A sequel for the title has now been announced.
What kind of game is it? Fatal Fury is a fighting game series that debuted in the 90s. With Takashi Nishiyama and Hiroshi Matsumoto, the series already had renowned producers at that time. Both were involved in the development of the first Street Fighters from 1987.
The first game in the series was called Fatal Fury – King of Fighters and was released in 1991. With Garou – Mark of the Wolves, the latest installment was released in 1999.
What does the trailer show? Basically, the trailer doesn’t show much. We only see an image of a character and some short texts. We also read the video title “New Fatal Fury/Garou”.

What do the players say? Even though the trailer doesn’t really show anything about the actual game, many players seem to be excited about the title in the comments on YouTube .

When will the game be released? A specific release date is not yet known at this time. However, since we only saw a single image in the trailer, it can be expected that a release is still some time away.
