Call of Duty: Warzone has announced the name and release date of Season 5 in a dramatic trailer. Included are four legendary characters from past games.
When does Season 5 start? The fifth season of Call of Duty: Warzone is named “Last Stand” and starts on August 24, 2022.
What does the trailer show? The new trailer for CoD: Warzone Season 5 features a helicopter transporting a type of container, which it drops over a volcano shortly thereafter. The helicopter then flies away, preparing to land at the end of the trailer. As the rotors spin up a lot of dust, four legendary villains exit the vehicle.
Which villains are shown in the trailer? Already in the video description of the trailer on YouTube, the developers reveal that Season 5 will bring some villains from past titles of the shooter franchise: “Legends never die – and that applies to legendary villains as well.”
The YouTube user Mull CODM listed the following times at which you can see the four villains shown in the trailer and from which games they are known:

Combining legendary villains receives positive reactions
How do fans react? In the comments on YouTube, the trailer receives many positive reactions. However, the YouTube user Soufinator received the most support for his criticism of Call of Duty: Vanguard, gaining over 1,500 likes:
