The focus is on brutal tackling and fouls (minute 00:06 & 00:12 to 00:14), which would likely not be possible in a sports simulation.
We also see the aftermath of the fouls: a wild brawl between the teams (minute 00:15) as well as injured players being carried off the field on a stretcher (minute 00:18).
However, the trailer also shows what makes the crazy title unique in gameplay and explains that in Blood Bowl, it’s about protecting team members, reaching the end zone, and scoring points (minute 00:29 to 00:35).
To achieve this, the coach of the goblin team explains that you need to move, dodge attacks, play passes, and brutally smash your opponents (minute 01:11 to 01:25).
