“Earth From Another Sun” is set to be a new science fiction MMO. The developers have now presented their first trailer for the game. It is surprisingly colorful and will likely excite many of you for more.
However, not everyone may be thrilled, as the developers explain that the game will be based on blockchain technology. This is currently viewed negatively by many players.
New Action MMO focuses on co-op gameplay with co-op and PvP
What does the new MMO offer? The development team behind “Earth From Another Sun” explains on its official website that it will be a sandbox game. You will have the freedom to choose what you want to do in the universe of the game. And a lot is supposed to be possible:
- You can build and command your own army to conquer foreign planets.
- Alternatively, you can engage in co-op shooter battles with three friends. According to the developers, up to 1000 units are supposed to be on the battlefield.
- The developers also stated that there will be several PvP modes like battle royale and arenas.
What about blockchain? The developers write in their official blog that “Earth From Another Sun” will be a “comprehensive blockchain-backed sci-fi franchise.” NFTs will definitely play a role, but they are disliked by many players. At least the developers state that they intend to rely on them (via efas.io).
When will the game be released? There is currently no release date for the sci-fi shooter, but the developers have been working on the game for three and a half years. So it’s only a matter of time before we see more of it.
