Besides Vegeta (as well as Nappa and Raditz), another Saiyan tried to conquer Earth as we know it from Dragon Ball. However, in a spin-off by mangaka Akira Toriyama, this was prevented.
How was Earth almost conquered? In Dragon Ball Z, Nappa and Vegeta wanted to conquer Earth, but were fortunately stopped by the Z-Team. However, in the manga Neko Majin Z, which is also by Akira Toriyama, they only make a few guest appearances.
Instead, the Saiyan named Onio had to be stopped differently. He came to Earth on his honeymoon with his wife and decided to almost wipe out all humans to make it his summer home. Some humans were at least meant to survive as slaves.
Neko Majin Z disguised himself as a koala and took a commemorative photo with the Saiyan’s wife. While doing so, he touched her chest, which made Onio furious. He transformed into a Super Saiyan and fought Neko Majin Z. Fortunately, the winner of the duel was Neko Majin Z, otherwise humanity would have been nearly wiped out.

What is Neko Majin Z? Neko Majin Z is the third chapter of Nekomajin, which in turn is divided into several chapters. Besides Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama had other mangas, including Dr. Slump. Unfortunately, there is no anime for Nekomajin, only the manga.
The manga focuses on the Neko Majin people. These are cats that train for martial arts and possess magical abilities. This enables them to fight like Son Goku and the others. One technique is the Neko-Hame-Ha.
Nekomajin is a pure comedy manga and was published from 1999 to 2005. In the chapters of Neko Majin Z, characters from Dragon Ball repeatedly appear and influence the story. The story actually takes place at the same time as Dragon Ball. In one chapter, for example, Son Goku visits his family and helps them drive a mouse out of the storage.
Is the story part of Dragon Ball? Although the story of Nekomajin comes directly from Akira Toriyama, it is officially only a parody of Dragon Ball. While there are guest appearances of the Saiyans and their friends, they do not take place within the narrative of Dragon Ball.
Thus, Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz remained the only Saiyans in Dragon Ball that Son Goku had to fight because they wanted to conquer Earth. Vegeta even transformed from a villain to a real family man. And he owes that to his wife Bulma: Vegeta is still alive in Dragon Ball Daima just because he really wants to bathe with his wife
