This current weekend from September 8th to 10th is likely already planned out for many players. After all, the long-awaited Destiny 2 was recently released, and thousands of Guardians are excited to blast aliens in the ugly face for hours uninterrupted! But there are more MMOs that are interesting this weekend.
Games for the Weekend – Pokémon hunting in nice weather…
If the weather permits, you can spend a few enjoyable and especially rewarding hours hunting for rare Pokémon this weekend. Currently, the legendary giant Pokémon Entei is available to catch in raids. You can find out how to do this with just three players in our article about the Entei raid.
By the way, the even more powerful Pokémon Mewtwo might soon appear in our country as well. In Japan, there are already the first raids where the monster appears. If you want to prepare for the battle, you should make sure to catch an Entei before the rotation changes at the end of the month and another legendary beast appears here.
Games for the Weekend – Hunting people in bad weather!
If the weather is bad or you’re not in the mood for cute little monsters, then PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds would be a good idea. The immensely popular battle royale game has become even more popular since the end of Gamescom and now has over 10 million players.
Exciting rounds full of tension and crazy random events are guaranteed when you start PUBG this weekend.
Games for the Weekend – Destiny 2 is everywhere!
The highlight of the week is undoubtedly Destiny 2. Bungie’s online shooter was released on September 6, and since then, our editorial team has hardly been talking about anything else. Our poor Tom can barely keep up with all the current topics about Destiny 2.
But those who don’t have to work on Destiny 2 all weekend like Tom can enjoy the fun online shooter at their leisure over the next few days!
What does the editorial team play?
We from the Mein-MMO editorial team are once again busy gaming this weekend. The following games are on our list:
- Leya has joined the ranks of Destiny players and since then she has been looking accusingly at a very neglected Paladins with big eyes. But she doesn’t see it, as she only has eyes for her blue hunter “Smurfette”.
- Schuhmann is working to cope with the Destiny craze and is playing a bit of Marvel Future Fight on the iPad!
- Tom is playing Destiny 2 when he’s not writing articles about Destiny 2 or dreaming of Destiny 2 in his sleep. Allegedly, he also constantly hums the theme song of Destiny 2 and arranges his cereal in the morning according to the Destiny 2 logo.
- Patrick doesn’t own a console and therefore cannot play Destiny 2. Instead, he’s going on a Pokémon hunt. Plus, he’s still hungry for a delicious chicken dinner in PUBG.
- Cortyn refuses to make a statement again
- Robert loyal to Tom as a Guardian and will also be grinding Destiny 2 hard.
- Benedict is currently on the other side of the world and is playing the good old WoW as well as Heroes of the Storm.
I, Jürgen would love to play Destiny 2, but I can’t have it in my house below 60 FPS, so I have to wait for the PC version in October. Given the mega hype here in the editorial office, that’s not easy at all. But luckily, there’s Secret World Legends and PUBG.
