The upcoming weekend promises not only nice weather but also the start of this year’s E3 fair in the USA. We want to know what you are playing this weekend.
The week is almost over, and you have two days to dedicate to your favorite hobby again. This weekend, the E3 is also taking place in the USA, which we will, of course, report on. But we are also interested in what you are playing this weekend.
Games this Weekend – Last Chance for Dances in Overwatch and Double XP!
Blizzard’s hero shooter Overwatch is celebrating its anniversary until June 12 with the Anniversary Event. The highlight is clearly the new dance emotes that can occasionally be found in loot boxes. Unfortunately, the dance moves will no longer be included in the boxes after the event.
Many Overwatch players are not particularly happy about this, but unless Blizzard changes something, this weekend is likely to be your last chance to complete your dance collection.
It’s just right that you can earn double XP for most actions in Overwatch this weekend. This means, of course, that you will also receive double the loot boxes as usual. The double XP weekend lasts until June 13 at 7:00 AM.
Off to Morrowind!
For The Elder Scrolls Online, the first new chapter Morrowind started on Tuesday . And although Chief Schuhmann does not quite appreciate it, there is plenty for ESO fans and Morrowind nostalgics to do, to have fun on the bizarre island of Vvardenfell for days.
For example, new dungeons, a major raid, and the PvP battlefields are waiting for you. If you prefer to start over, you can grab the new guardian and explore Vvardenfell with it.
What is the editorial team playing?
Besides reporting on E3, the Mein-MMO editorial team will be gaming a lot this weekend. Here are our plans for the next few days:
- Leya will lounge on her couch and play Destiny on the Playstation 4.
- Schuhmann has a lot planned for the weekend. He wants to explore the dark locations in Warframe , smash cards in Hearthstone, and play his beloved Marvel Future Fight on the iPad.
- Ttime got Life is Strange for free through PS4 Plus and is playing it now. But don’t worry, he will of course continue to play Destiny.
- Patrick will take advantage of the nice weather to complete his Pokémon collection. Let’s just hope his dog appreciates the many extra kilometers of walking. As an alternative, Patrick will also earn some loot boxes in Overwatch.
- Cortyn snagged a Humble Bundle with strange anime games and will amuse himself with it over the weekend.
I, Jürgen, will not only be at various barbecue parties but also roaming around Vvardenfell in ESO, helping my lord Vivec with his delicate problem.
But enough about us! We want to know what you are gaming this weekend! Let us know in the comments!
