This is the glitch: This error allows you to start a round before all other players. You have about 10 seconds of lead time and can walk to the enemy spawn to shoot them immediately.
This gives you a nasty advantage and especially in the right game modes this can be game-deciding.

This is the glitch: The error itself has been in the game for several days. For example, 3 days ago, the reddit user “koopabeach” posted about the error he was able to benefit from:
Here the error is particularly severe: In matches where there is a respawn, you cannot decide entire rounds at least. In other modes like “Search and Destroy” this glitch is game-deciding. You can directly eliminate a whole enemy team and claim victory just because you spawned 10 seconds before everyone else.

How does the glitch occur? This is not quite clear. Several players report that they suddenly managed to start a round before everyone else. There does not seem to be a precise principle behind it.
What is being done against the glitch? Already last week Infinity Ward commented on this bug. Joe Cecot, the Co-Design Director of Infinity Ward, stated that the bug is awful, but they currently have no solution for it.
Even a week later, there seems to be no improvement regarding this error. So it might well be that you suddenly start a round before everyone else. However, you might also be disadvantaged and be taken out immediately upon spawning, so be vigilant right at the start of the round.
