This is what’s happening in Fortnite: The end of Season 6 is approaching and the first hints about the next season have been discovered by data miners. The leakers found some info indicating an arrival of aliens in Fortnite.
An appearance of extraterrestrials was confirmed when the first crop circle appeared in Colossal Crops, showing that the aliens can’t be far away now. It seems that the UFOs have been activated and are now hunting players. Clips on Twitter have been posted by players showing this.
This is what it looks like when you’re abducted by aliens
This is what it looks like for the abducted player: The player ExoticservicesX claims to be the first player to be abducted by aliens. He shared a clip of his experience on Twitter (via Twitter). You could see how the player was being pursued by a beam of light in Risky Reels before being lifted into the air and slowly disappearing. Unfortunately, you couldn’t see what happened next after he had dissolved.
However, in a YouTube video, a player showed how the entire abduction took place. Again, the abduction started at Risky Reels with a beam of light. But here, you could see that the player dissolved and was then sucked into a kind of other dimension before waking up in another part of the map:
Additionally, it’s noticeable that the player had no shields before the abduction, but after waking up on the Fortnite map, he has full shields. So, apparently, an abduction by the aliens can be really useful to replenish your health points.
How can you get abducted? So far, it seems that the aliens simply select and take a player at random. It’s not known whether there is a method to induce an abduction, but it seems that Risky Reels is a good place to attempt it.
