Antonia “Reved” Staab is currently the largest German-speaking streamer on Twitch. In a stream, she discussed how the platform Kick is currently luring major US streamers from Twitch and said: This will also happen in Germany. German streamers have received offers from Kick starting at over $10 million.
This is the situation:
- The gambling-related platform Kick has poached two of the biggest Twitch streamers in the USA, xQc and Amouranth, over the weekend. xQc reportedly received a non-exclusive 2-year contract worth $70 million, with the option for it to become $100 million.
- In Germany, the platform has not yet made such a big splash. Aside from a few gambling streamers who found no home on Twitch after the ban on Stake, it is not known that major streamers have switched to Kick.
- However, according to information from Reved, this is expected to change within six months.
Kick is reportedly offering German Twitch streamers $10 million
This is what Reved says about Kick in Germany: In a stream from June 17, shortly after xQc’s switch to Kick, the top German streamer Reved addresses the topic.
She quickly clarifies: Even though one cannot trust the amounts that are publicly mentioned 100%, Kick is indeed throwing around a lot of money:

“Huge deals” are coming – also in Germany
This is what she says about the switches: Reved becomes a bit more nervous in the stream, starts to dissect things, and says:

That’s why I’ve been so restless the whole time, because so much is going on. Because you hear so much all the time, it is insane. When asked if she would switch, Reved reacted negatively, at least she would not switch to Kick. The moral values of Kick are very difficult for her:
The money is all gambling money. The money is from people who have been ripped off. That’s why it’s a different situation for me. But I would consider other platforms if I receive offers. I’ve also received offers.
The hottest candidate for a switch in Germany is undoubtedly MontanaBlack, but a switch of top German streamers like Trymacs or EliasN97 also seems quite possible. The moral standards that Reved upholds do not seem to be as important to some of her colleagues:
