The Twitch streamer Tfue was probably the most famous participant in the Fortnite World Championship. Upon his return to Twitch, he talks about a lost kill.
Tfue was one of the participants in the Solo World Championship in Fortnite last weekend. There he sat with 99 other players and competed for the trophy.
Tfue did poorly, finishing in 67th place. However, in a stream, he revealed that he could have at least one more kill. This was taken from him by the loud commentator.
What was Tfue’s problem at the World Championship?
This is what the streamer says: Tfue refers to the start of a round. There he landed in The Block and had very strong loot within a short time.
The two commentators DrLupo and CouRageJD are said to have commented so loudly that his teammate heard this and fled from The Block.
This is what the streamer says: “It’s early in the game and I land in The Block and gear up at a chest. I got good loot. A teammate lands next to me. Then a commentator yells into the microphone, ‘Tfue is in The Block with full shield, a SCAR, and a shotgun.’ All you see is the other guy jumping over a wall and getting away. He clearly heard it.”
How can that be? Tfue explains that the sound in the stadium was simply ridiculously loud. While the players all wore headphones that blocked out outside noise, the commentators were too loud.
The streamer claims he heard them, so any other player could have heard the commentators as well.

Here you can already see that the other player, named “clipnode”, leaves after the commentator’s announcement. However, it remains questionable whether he actually heard it or just wanted to move on anyway.
What do you think? Could Tfue actually have been disadvantaged because of this? After all, he did have strong weapons and would have had a good chance in a 1 against 1.
