In WoW there has been a mob in Battle for Azeroth for some time, Grozgore. The Twitch streamer Gross Gore believes it is inspired by him and voices his complaints in line with the release of WoW Classic .
What kind of NPC is this? It is a “named” trogg in the Drustvar area in WoW Battle for Azeroth. It is quite an ugly thing with a big nose. Its name is “Grozgore”.
Streamer wants to be king in WoW, not a “troll”
Here’s what the streamer says: In line with the hype surrounding WoW Classic, the Twitch streamer Gross Gore speaks up. He has about 380,000 followers on Twitch and is known as a contentious streamer of Runescape.
In an outraged clip on Twitter, he expresses his hurt feelings and claims, regarding the hype around WoW Classic, he wants to shine a light on Blizzard.
He states: The NPC is a “troll” and has a huge nose. He himself also had a huge nose – he had it corrected with cosmetic surgery.
He now has a complaint against WoW and Classic, stating that this NPC mocks and ridicules him. Blizzard is damaging his reputation. However, Gross Gore says he would forgive Blizzard if they made the trogg a human king.
Streamer has known the NPC for over a year
What’s behind this: Gross Gore is complaining about something related to WoW Classic that has already been a topic since February 2018, when Twitch streamer Asmongold discovered this NPC and immediately said: “Gross Gore has his own NPC.”
Gross Gore has also repeatedly commented on the resemblance to this NPC – by now, however, a tweet from earlier is deleted.
Now, he apparently wants to remind people of the release of WoW Classic again with a comically exaggerated “rant” on Twitter.
An insider joke at Blizzard or coincidence?
What’s up with Gross Gore? The NPC is actually somewhat strange. Twitch streamer Gross Gore has little to do with WoW; he is more known for League of Legends and Runescape.
It’s quite possible that a Blizzard designer made a joke and threw a private jab that was perhaps not coordinated with other team members in the developer team.
Or it is indeed an absurd coincidence. However, the name fits well with the general naming of troggs.

So are the reactions: Generally, people are amused on Twitter over this outburst. Many consider it staged to bring attention to the release of WoW Classic.
Many also post pictures of Gross Gore’s nose or deliberately depict him as ugly.
