This is the streamer in question: The streamer OrcRun is known for running long distances. And he does this in armor and a helmet inspired by the armor of the Uruk-hai orcs from the film adaptation of The Lord of the Rings. In the heavy armor, the streamer regularly runs and broadcasts his escapades with a handheld camera.
What did he do? In his latest stunt, the recreational orc wanted to test himself again and participated in a 10-kilometer race. In his heavy armor, he was clearly at a disadvantage, but OrcRun pushed through and actually finished in 54 minutes.
That is a good performance, as the average time for such a distance is 50 to 70 minutes (via Healthline.com) and the participants of such a race are usually dressed very lightly.

Why the effort? The reason for this crazy run was not just fun and games. OrcRun called on his followers to donate for a good cause while he was running. And indeed, there were significant donations totaling around $1,600 (about €1,370) in the end.
That was also his goal and OrcRun was visibly pleased with the results of his efforts after the race: ‘Holy crap, I see the donations. This is insane, damn it, we hit the target!’
How was it for him? Of course, such a run is a considerable challenge even for people without heavy armor. Therefore, OrcRun did not feel well at the end:

How did the event go over? The viewers and users on reddit found OrcRun’s event amazing and praised the commitment and endurance of the brave ‘orc’. A user on reddit summed it up well with the words:
