In Fortnite, not only old players have returned for the new season, but also well-known streamers like Ninja. Recently, he found an absurd bug in a match that made him almost unable to fight. We will show you what happened.
What is happening in Fortnite right now? The new season 2 has begun. Players struggled with the fact that no leaks were published beforehand, leaving many fans in the dark. Now that the release is over and fans can finally play Fortnite, they were surprised by a No-Build Mode.
What is the No-Build Mode? You cannot build anymore, at least for an indefinite time. Consequently, players can no longer erect buildings or cover that protect them. This is well received and has even prompted many old Fortnite icons, like Ninja, to re-enter the BR mode.
But new releases don’t go without hitches, and Ninja was immediately hit by a bug. This made him and his teammate almost unable to fight.
Don’t trust any rocks in Fortnite
What happened to Ninja? Ninja started a round of Fortnite Duo with SypherPK. They had set up in the mines of Shifty Shafts to gather loot and ammunition. On Twitter, Ninja then posted a video of a bug that trapped him and his colleague:
You can see how Ninja and SypherPK got stuck in the pile of rocks. Ninja is crouching while his colleague seems to be floating and cannot get out of the “falling” animation.
Both are thus stuck in the mine and could not free themselves. If something like this happens to you, you either have enough time until the storm arrives, or you are seen as easy prey by other opponents and immediately eliminated.
How is the bug triggered? They are not quite sure. We at MeinMMO ventured to the location to determine that this cannot be triggered solo. Probably, the two streamers timed their jump and slide so well by chance that SypherPK trapped Ninja in his animation. Since you cannot end the “falling” animation, you are thus doomed to stay stuck until the end of the round.
