The Twitch streamer Jens “Knossi” Knossalla is one of the participants in this year’s third season of the popular survival show 7 vs. Wild on YouTube. In a stream, he recently evaluated the participating teams and saw himself more in the lower half.
What kind of ranking was that? In a stream, Knossi made a tier list of the individual teams that are starting in 7 vs. Wild. Because the teams are now all finalized after the announcement of the wildcard winners.
No one will surely give up, that much the Twitch streamer is sure of. However, he also emphasizes: “And if so, giving up is not a shame!” In the second season, the participants Starlet Nova and Sabrina “Outdoor” Camlott threw in the towel. They took it very much to heart, according to Knossi, but for him, it is not a big deal.
Knossi relies on teamwork
Where does Knossi see the teams? For the top spots, the streamer is quite sure: 1st place goes to Fritz Meinecke and Survival Mattin, closely followed by the “Naturensöhne” Andreas Schulze and Gerrit Rösel.
Knossi justifies his decision by saying that the two have known each other for a long time. Musician Joey Kelly and his partner Andreas Kieling are “good at what they do”, but they don’t really know each other yet and are not a well-rehearsed team. Therefore, they only land in 3rd place in Knossi’s ranking.
In 4th place, Knossi decisively places the wildcard winners Hannah Assil and Ann-Kathrin “Monkey on a Bike” Bendixen. That leaves the streamer himself and the teams of his Twitch colleagues. Or, as Knossi lovingly calls them: “The Nulpen teams.”
The survival pros and the … others
How does the streamer see himself? Knossi awards himself and partner Sascha Huber 5th place, as they already have a bit of experience from their participation last year. The streamer also says that he didn’t show much in the second season: “I didn’t kill anything and I didn’t build anything.”
Furthermore, he is still at the same level as the previous year in terms of his survival skills.
In next to last place are Trymacs and Rumathra, as they “at least once slept in the woods.” Trymacs also already was on his own survival show in cold Finland.

Knossi then still makes a few smaller changes to his ranking, but stays with a basic division: the pros against the content creators. “We have 4 teams with us that will just do great things, and we are just the quota hamsters,” says the streamer.
The Twitch streamer MontanaBlack also received an invitation to participate in 7 vs. Wild, but decided against it: One must consider the loss of income, and anyway, is there actually vegetarian food in the wilderness of Canada?
