The TwitchCon is a large fair that is taking place this year in Amsterdam and San Diego. Streamers and viewers from all countries come together there, hosting meet & greets or simply celebrating together. The streamers BrookeAB and Sweet_Anita have now announced how much fear they have of the fair. BrookeAB even canceled.

Stalkers and “very dedicated” fans are always a problem for well-known individuals – including streamers. Recently, the WoW streamer Nalipls shared how a former moderator terrorized her for years.
Both BrookeAB and Sweet_Anita have such viewers, which is why the former does not dare to go to TwitchCon.
Both streamers have follower counts in the millions and are among the most successful on the platform. Here you see the first successful streamers:

Who is the streamer?
- BrookeAB primarily streams Valorant and GTA V. When she is not gaming, she is in the “Just Chatting” area chatting with her viewers.
- About 2,000 viewers follow her streams, and she has over 1.2 million followers.
What did BrookeAB say? “I have been asked this a lot lately, so I just wanted to tell you – I will not be going to TwitchCon this year! Everything is fine on Twitch’s side, and they are doing a good job with security; I just do not feel safe with my stalkers and constant death threats. I AM SORRY,” wrote the streamer on Twitter.
The majority of responses to the tweet expressed support and understanding. However, some questioned why she received death threats and whether that was true. In response, BrookeAB posted another tweet detailing one of those threats.
The threatener describes in detail and elaborates on how he wants to murder her grandma and the whole family. According to him, she “deserves” it because she allegedly cheats on her boyfriend and streamer Symfuhny, according to the “fan”.
For years, the 24-year-old has been fighting against stalkers, cyberbullying, and death threats. The attacks against her were so severe that even the FBI had to be involved (via refinery29.com).
Due to such things, the streamer does not dare to go to TwitchCon. However, she is not alone in this: Streamer Sweet_Anita also expressed concern, as one of her “crazy” stalkers managed to get a ticket to TwitchCon.

Who is the streamer?
- Sweet_Anita mostly does not game but rather talks to her viewers. She became known through Overwatch gameplay and her Tourette’s syndrome.
- She takes the condition with humor and encourages her fans to do the same.
- The streamer has over 1.8 million followers on Twitch, and her streams are followed by an average of 2,342 people.
What did Sweet_Anita say? On Twitter, the 31-year-old asked where she could book security personnel for TwitchCon, as a “crazy homeless man” wants to find her at the fair. She further reports in the tweet that he came onto her Discord, and nice people donated for him without knowing what messages he sent to Sweet_Anita.

He wrote that he wanted to wear a mask and dye his hair so that no one would recognize him. He did not want to fall in love with her or hurt her. The homeless man believes that she loves him too but might change her mind. He wants to “reassess” the last 6 months with her.
Streamer Amouranth replied to Sweet_Anita under the tweet, stating that TwitchCon in the past provided a bodyguard if the content creator wanted it.
Her fans also advised her not to move around the fair alone and were shocked by the messages. Unlike BrookeAB, Sweet_Anita actually still seems willing to attend TwitchCon.
