The Twitch streamer Mahluna is also participating in the WoW project Sauercrowd. A tragic death in the game set her back a step in leveling to 60, but that seemed to be exactly what Mahluna needed.
Who is it about? The WoW event Sauercrowd brings many German-speaking Twitch streamers together. One of them is Mahluna. She plays all kinds of games for her nearly 500,000 followers on Twitch and also immersed herself in World of Warcraft for the project.
In Sauercrowd, Mahluna found herself in a tight situation with her character, from which she unfortunately did not emerge alive. She was targeted by several enemies at once, and her attempt to retreat unfortunately did not succeed. Mahluna realized too late that she could have saved herself from the situation with her ability “Feign Death”.
Finally Level 60 After a Month
How did Mahluna reach Level 60? Despite her death, Mahluna didn’t seem really demotivated. On the contrary: She had the energy to start a new run and use the knowledge she had acquired.
In her new attempt, Mahluna focused on a different playstyle. She realized that she was too cautious in her first run and never really utilized her ability “Feign Death”. So she played bolder now and used guides to discover areas and quests she had missed for leveling.
After about two weeks, Mahluna was able to reach Level 50 and then finally Level 60 a month after her character’s death. The Twitch streamer was particularly pleased to finally be able to use her “Feign Death” abilities correctly.
She celebrated her success in WoW on X:
However, this is far from over for Mahluna and World of Warcraft. The Twitch streamer announced a little break for the next few days and will then continue.
The tragic character deaths are widespread in Sauercrowd. Mahluna is by no means the only one who has died in avoidable ways. The Twitch streamer JenNyan also had to go through this pain and found the right words for it: “Worse than any breakup” – Twitch streamer tragically loses hardcore character in WoW
