In CoD Warzone, a defeat can mean great frustration. However, a streamer lost control to such an extent that he started firing in real life. You can find the whole story here on MeinMMO.
What happened? The streamer behind the name “Faze sWiisH” was playing a round of Call of Duty: Warzone in duo mode. However, the game did not go as planned and the streamer was shot. This apparently upset him greatly, even though his remaining teammate could have revived him at the next station.
Probably to relieve his frustration, the streamer stood up, went to the window, opened it and suddenly began without warning to fire an entire magazine with a real gun into the foliage.
Afterward, he returned to the game and continued playing. The original video from Twitch has since been deleted, but there is a backup on YouTube.
The community is in shock
What were the reactions? On reddit, where a first clip of the incident was shown, the streamer received shocked reactions. “This is the next evolutionary step after punching holes in walls,” remarked one user.
Others were concerned that the wild shooting spree might have injured bystanders. After all, the whole event happened at night, and one user mentioned a case from his hometown where a child was killed by a bullet from a nearby shooting range.
Fortunately, it seems there were no injuries in the recent incident. A photo from the streamer’s Instagram account shows a view from the mentioned window, where apparently only empty forest and pasture land is visible.

Nevertheless, users agree that it is extremely irresponsible to recklessly fire into the wilderness just because one lost a game.
What could the consequences be? There was further speculation that the whole incident might have consequences on Twitch. The use of real weapons during streams has already led to bans in the past. One example cited on reddit involved a streamer who held a weapon up to the camera and “threatened” with it.
- Another case also led to a ban after the streamer Carl Riemer shot around live with a pistol in the stream.
- Even a streamer was banned for hitting himself in the head with a keyboard.
It seems very likely that sWiisH might also face a ban. On his Twitch account, at least, he is offline and no videos are visible anymore.
Another case involving well-known streamers due to the use of firearms concerns the YouTuber Boogie2988. He was threatened by a stalker who harassed him at home. This led to warning shots and significant trouble. You can read the whole story here on MeinMMO.
