This is what happened: On November 26, the Twitter channel “StreamerBans” reported that the Twitch partner Forsen was banned. His channel on Twitch is also no longer accessible.
The exact reasons for the ban have not yet been disclosed by Twitch. However, some fans suspect that it is related to DMCA regulations.
3. Ban 2020 – What is suspected
Why was the ban imposed? This is still completely open. The streamer has not been involved in any major scandals in recent weeks, so a ban is unlikely to be due to that.
Both Forsen and Twitch have remained silent on the incident, and many fans are already discussing the cause.
The topic around DMCA regulations is repeatedly mentioned. It concerns the streamer’s clips that possibly contain music for which they do not own the rights.
Recently, Twitch has penalized its streamers if they didn’t delete such clips. Following this, many streamers deleted all their clips.
On Twitter, some viewers of Forsen report that the PUBG stream of Forsen might have been a reason for the ban. Other players reportedly targeted the streamer’s lobbies and intentionally played music that could lead to a ban.
