Maximilian “Trymacs” Stemmler (28) is one of the largest streamers on German Twitch. Accordingly, many eyes are on him, even if he would perhaps rather keep some things to himself. In a stream, he now expressed his frustration over the “hobby detectives” who accused him of drug use after a night of partying.
What happened with Trymacs? At the end of March, the streamer participated in the Winter Games of his Twitch colleague Elias “EliasN97” Nerlich in St. Moritz. As it should be, a hearty après-ski party was also a part of it. However, Trymacs may have overindulged a bit.
Pictures and videos of the obviously more than just slightly tipsy Trymacs quickly made the rounds on social media. Viewers particularly noticed the pupils and the noticeably red nose of the streamer. Some suspected that there might not only be alcohol involved and accused Trymacs of having consumed drugs.
In a stream, he clarified the situation now and complained about the “hobby detectives”.

Vodka Energy instead of Cocaine
What was that stream like? In a stream during the Easter weekend, Trymacs reacted to some video compilations before starting in CS:GO with his Twitch colleagues. The drunken escapades of the streamer were a prominent part of the videos.
How did Trymacs react? He took it with humor and first explained how it all came to be: For some reason, he received a whole bag of consumption vouchers from Elias’ management while others only received 3 complimentary drinks.
Then everyone wanted to toast with him, and he was also invited by fans. Eventually, he found himself backstage, although he had only wanted to go to the bathroom. You can see an excerpt from the reaction here:
What annoyed Trymacs? One thing still bothered Trymacs: The comments on social media that he had taken cocaine, which was obvious. This had spread everywhere on TikTok, the streamer said. However, he can explain the whole thing:
Everything is full on TikTok, in YouTube comments, everything so 13-year-olds: ‘Oh, you can see your pupils are large. He has used cocaine!’ Dude, I drank 11 Vodka Energies; maybe that’s where it comes from.
And Trymacs can also explain the red nose: It’s just a nasty sunburn. That happens quickly high up in the mountains when you don’t have sufficient sun protection.

These were all such “little teenage hobby detectives” spreading rumors about him, the streamer said.
EliasN97 joined the ranks of streamers who have held a show on the web video platform Joyn with his Winter Games. This seems to have become the norm among German Twitch streamers. Unlike the last larger streamer events, however, this one took place without broken bones – only Trymacs’ ego seems to have taken a hit.
