In recent days, a young man who calls himself the Chief of Complaints has gone viral. Twitch streamers like Trymacs are reacting to the 18-year-old with a lot of confusion, but also amusement.
Who is the Chief of Complaints
? The Chief of Complaints is an 18-year-old man named Niclas Matthei, who seems to have a rather unusual hobby. He passionately reports illegally parked cars and has set himself the goal of reporting at least one illegally parked person in every municipality in Germany.
The young man claims to have reported over 4,000 illegal parkers. If a passing bystander catches him in the act and insults him, it often leads to a second report plus a civil lawsuit for defamation.
Trymacs is not thrilled with the 18-year-old. In his Twitch stream, Trymacs reacts to the Chief of Complaints and then uploads the reaction to YouTube. Trymacs shows a mix of anger, disbelief, and amusement in the video, as the situation seems so surreal.
Nevertheless, the streamer tries to show some understanding in the meantime. He thinks that he can understand if people are reported for blocking an intersection with their vehicle, for example. However, he reacts with confusion since the documentation from Spiegel TV mostly shows rather petty traffic violations.

Many other streamers are also reacting to the young man. The Twitch streamer HandofBlood, for instance, also reacts to the Chief of Complaints. He reacts completely without anger towards Niclas Matthei. In his video, he emphasizes that people should not be angry at him but rather see it with humor and just laugh about it.
However, HandofBlood goes a step further. He invites the Chief of Complaints to report people together in Spandau and then to play highway police together.
Tough message to the mayor of Gräfenhainichen
Staiy also addresses the young man in his video. He seems to have a bit more understanding of him. Staiy discusses in his video the letter from the mayor, which mentions that of all the reports by private individuals, only 10 have led to a fine.
Staiy also shows that Niclas Matthei criticizes the mayor on his Instagram channel. He emphasizes that his reports should have contributed to the fact that no donations were needed to finance a new playground, as seems to be the case in recent times.
Staiy considers this criticism to be valid and understands that the Chief of Complaints cannot comprehend why so many illegally parked cars are reported and yet donation funds are still needed. Staiy says that this is a tough message to the mayor, and a reaction is awaited.
