What content does Tribes of Midgard offer?
This is how the gameplay works: Tribes of Midgard has two gameplay modes, the story-based Saga mode and the regular survival mode. In Saga mode, you have specific quests that you tackle in a single session with friends. Here, you can also find exclusive loot that changes every season.
The survival mode, on the other hand, is a type of sandbox MMO mode, where you build a village together with friends, explore the world, and fend off attacks from monsters and giants.
These are the classes in Tribes of Midgard: The game offers you eight classes, of which only two are currently playable. You must unlock the remaining six classes by proving your worth.
Your classes have specific skills and areas of expertise: Wardens, for example, are helpful crafters, and Guardians are good tanks. You can also further enhance your class with gear and special runes. The runes allow for pretty crazy combinations, such as a rune that gives you bonuses when you are naked.
These giants await you as bosses: Special highlights of each round in Tribes of Midgard are the epic battles against giants. They march leisurely from Jötunheim to your small village, wanting to smash everything and uproot the little Yggdrasil sapling.
You can only tackle the giants as a well-coordinated team, well-prepared with the right weapons and runes for the boss fight. Which giants await you at the start and how to fight against them, you can find out here.
