Trainer creates image with 78 Pokémon that are still missing in Pokémon GO – Do you know them?

A player posted a picture on reddit featuring Pokémon that are still missing in Pokémon GO. Do you know which ones they are?

In Pokémon GO, there are many different pocket monsters that fans already know from the main games. Additionally, more and more variations of the little monsters are being added, which adorn themselves with cosmetic items like hats and bows, distinguishing them from their normal versions.

Only during the Winter Holidays Part 2 did we see Eevee and its evolutions wearing a holiday hat. However, there are still numerous Pokémon from past generations that are missing in Pokémon GO.

A trainer on reddit has now created a picture with the missing pocket monsters and sparked discussions. Players are mainly wondering why some rather unremarkable monsters are absent.

What is this picture? The reddit user martins06 has depicted only Pokémon from Hoenn (Generation 3), Sinnoh (Generation 4), Unova (Generation 5), Kalos (Generation 6), and Alola (Generation 7) in the picture with the missing monsters.

Additionally, the list includes Galar and Hisui forms as well as evolutions of Pokémon originating from any of these regions in their original forms.

Which Pokémon are missing in Pokémon GO? A total of 78 different Pokémon or Pokémon forms can be seen in the picture. We’re embedding the post along with the picture here:

Which Pokémon are not in the picture? Not all Pokémon that are still missing in Pokémon GO can be seen in the picture created by reddit user martins06. Some were deliberately left out, which he noted in his post.

Pokémon from Galar, Hisui, and Paldea that were released with the games Sword/ Shield, Legends: Arceus, and Scarlet and Violet are not included in the list. Mega evolutions and special forms like Ash’s Greninja are also missing.

In the comments of the post, it was also noted that the creator of the list forgot the original forms of the legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia (via reddit).

What do players say about the missing Pokémon? In the comments, the absence of unremarkable pocket monsters like Mähikel stands out.

Players are wondering why the grass-type Pokémon is not yet in the game – after all, it is not strong enough to threaten the balance. There hasn’t been a coherent explanation from the trainers as to why the pocket monster is currently still missing. (via reddit).

Likewise, the flying-fighting Pokémon Resladero, Gramokles, and Minigma are discussed by the trainers.
