Cooking is important: In Tower of Fantasy, cooking is a crucial task that every player eventually tackles. With the cooking stations on the map, you can create delicious dishes that provide you with useful buffs and increase your satiety. However, the game requires creativity and the willingness to mix ingredients yourself. Recipes can only be learned if you mix the right ingredients.
To avoid wasting ingredients unnecessarily and to quickly compile a complete cookbook, we summarize all known recipes for you. To facilitate scrolling, we have added small steps for quicker navigation:

Where can I cook? To wield the cooking spoon, you need to travel to one of the cooking stations on the map. These are marked with a cooking pot symbol. The stations look like small space probes adorned with stickers. Travel to one of these stations and interact with it. Then the cooking window pops up and you can get started.

Important about cooking: Note that you cannot learn a recipe right away if you throw all the right ingredients into the machine. To increase your chances of learning the required recipe, you should add a larger amount of the used ingredients. This way, you increase your luck and then receive the required recipe. Once you have learned the recipe, you can cook your dishes with just one of the required components.
