You can reach the max level, but if you don’t pay attention to the KK value, you won’t do too well in Tower of Fantasy. Therefore, it’s important to keep an eye on the number and know how to increase it.
What is the KK value? The value is basically your Gear Score. In English, it is abbreviated as CS, which stands for “Combat Score”, in German it is “Kampfkraft”.
The KK value summarizes how strong your character is overall. It is the sum of the level, your equipped weapons, and your gear.
To increase your Suppressor, your character must exceed a certain KK value starting from a certain Suppressor level. Your Suppressor provides you with protection against radiation and is therefore essential in Tower of Fantasy.
Without this protection, you can enter certain areas, but you will take damage every few seconds. The MMORPG essentially forces you to take care of your KK value.
You can read the KK value either under “Character”, where it is displayed between your level and stats, or in the “Backpack” tab at the bottom left.

How to increase your KK value in Tower of Fantasy and avoid continuous damage
How do I increase it? There are various ways to increase your KK value in Tower of Fantasy:
- When you level up, the value increases.
- Upgrade your 3 equipped weapons as soon as you have collected the materials. You can find the best builds for your team here.
- Pay attention to the matrices in your weapons. Each weapon should be equipped with 4 matrices, preferably with the purple ones. You can also level up the matrices, which is urgently needed to increase your KK.
- Improve the slots of your gear. With higher-level slots, your KK increases, and each equipped item then automatically takes on the level.
- You can also improve the gear itself, but you should wait until you have the purple items. If you change the gear otherwise, the level is not retained but lost. Waiting saves a lot of materials.
- When you improve your Suppressor, your KK also increases.
