On April 24, 2024, Genshin Impact Version 4.6 “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades” will launch with new banners and characters. Here you will find all the important information about the new version summarized.
When will Version 4.6 be released? On April 24 at 00:00, the update to the new version will start and is expected to last five hours.
During this time, you will not be able to play Genshin Impact. However, as compensation, you will receive 300x Primogems.

Which new character will be in Version 4.6? Arlecchino, aka the “Servant” and Number Four among the eleven Fatui, will appear as a playable character in the new version. She is a 5-star character who fights with a polearm and the Pyro element.
What banners will be in Version 4.6? The first phase will run from the beginning of the update until May 14, 2024, at 17:59 and will include these special banners:
- “Shadow Ashes by the Fireplace”: featuring Arlecchino as a 5-star character; Xiangling, Fréminet, and Lynette as 4-star characters
- “Magic Between Light and Shadow” featuring Lyney as a 5-star character; Xiangling, Fréminet, and Lynette as 4-star characters
- “Divine Work” with “Polearm – Form of the Scarlet Moon” and “Bow – First Great Magic”; several 4-star weapons
In phase 2, Wanderer (Anemo and Catalyst) and Baizhu (Dendro and Catalyst) will have their reruns.
A small note: Currently, an online event titled “Shadows of the Deep Night” is running featuring Arlecchino, where you can secure Primogems among other rewards.

What else is in Version 4.6? Right after the update to the new version, you can play the new legend quest with Arlecchino.
In addition, in Version 4.6, the area of Fontaine will be expanded around the ruins of the kingdom of Remuria, with a new enemy, the “Golem Leader.” Also, Arlecchino will be added as a new boss. Two new artifact sets will be introduced, and Cyno will also receive a new legend quest.
