What kind of tournament is this? The YouTuber Standartskill, who has 2.76 million subscribers on YouTube, is hosting his first community cup in Fortnite.
All players from the Europe region can compete against each other. The goal is to find the best Fortnite player from the round. A small consolation for all players who were looking forward to a Fortnite World Championship, which will not take place in 2020.
Important: The tournament is only for controller players (Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch) and it is a solo cup.
When does the cup take place? The tournament will take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. The cup starts at 6:00 PM and will last for 2 hours until 8:00 PM.
How to register

Visit the Epic Games website
First, you need to go to the official Epic Games site to register for the tournament. Under the section: Tournaments, you can find the Standartskill Cup. Here is the direct link to the tournament page.
There you will find a link labeled “Register”. If you are not logged into your Epic account on the page yet, you will be prompted to log in or create an account.
Once you have registered, you can log in to Fortnite, and the cup will be displayed in the competitive menu. As soon as the tournament starts on May 19, you will receive a notification, you can click on it, and you are in.
Is there a prize?
There will be no cash prize or reward for the cup. The YouTuber Standartskill will live stream the entire cup, giving players the chance to be seen by thousands of people.
