In FIFA 21 the Pre-Season Event starts today, on August 27, promising FUT players their first rewards for FIFA 22. Here you will find out what to expect from the new promo.

What is the Pre-Season Event? Last year, EA launched a Pre-Season promo in FIFA 20, where players could secure their first packs and additional rewards for the yet-to-be-released FIFA 21. However, there weren’t many strong rewards for FIFA 21 last year.
Players could earn the following items among others:
- Packs
- Consumables
- Loan Players
- Cosmetics
Additionally, through Objectives and SBCs (Squad Building Challenges), players could secure Coin Boosts, kits, and Chemistry Styles.
We are curious to see how the event unfolds this year and whether FUT players can earn even stronger rewards and cards for FIFA 22. As soon as the event starts, you will find out on MeinMMO what content is available.
When does the event start? EA announced the start of the event with the loading screen in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. It will begin when the Futties Event ends: Today, Friday, August 27, at 7:00 PM.

More strong cards are on the way
These contents could come: In addition to the rewards for FIFA 22, the Pre-Season Event will likely bring back more strong FIFA 21 cards into the game. It was like that last year. Back then, strong TOTY- and TOTS cards and other extremely powerful cards came into the packs.
Additionally, there were new top transfer cards, where recently transferred players received particularly strong cards. So Messi could again be outfitted with a special card.
