Titanfall 2 celebrates Halloween with the “Tricks and Treats” update. It includes new spooky skins for you to celebrate the spooky fest.
Halloween spirit is bursting forth in many online games now and in the coming days. Celebrations include bonus events or new skins and other content. In Titanfall 2, you will be supplied with spooky skins to celebrate the fest.
To ensure the matches don’t get “too spooky,” the developers have made some balance changes that will be included in the Halloween update for Titanfall 2.
Tricks and Treats in Titanfall 2
On October 31, Titanfall 2 will receive the “Tricks and Treats” update. The content of the update includes a set of new elite weapon skins, three of which are part of a limited spooky edition. These skins will be available for a short time only.
The camos and packages will be removed from the shop on November 28.
Each of the skins also gives you a Squad Leader bonus. This grants you a 10% chance (up to a maximum of 30%) per elite weapon in your possession to win a double XP token at the end of a match.
Balance Changes
The full patch notes will be released soon. In the meantime, the developers explain:
- There will soon be additional featured modes added to the rotation
- Based on feedback regarding the pistols, changes will come soon for Mozambique and Wingman Elite
- There will also be changes to Attrition, Frontier Defense, and Reapers
Popular among many players, but unfortunately not reached mainstream: Titanfall 2 should have sold better. Developers struggle with the sandwich release
