In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands action-packed battles, tons of loot, and a lot of fantasy take center stage. However, players especially appreciate one feature: the Character Creator.
This is the Character Creator: For the first time in the history of the Borderlands series, players can completely create their own character.
Even before the Wonderlands release, it was shown in part how detailed the creator feature is. Now that the game has launched, players can dive fully into the crafting. And the possibilities are indeed very diverse.
From humans to orcs, dwarves, lizards, elves, and everything in between, players can freely decide what kind of character they want to be – no matter what class they chose.
The following can be customized:
- Facial features
- Personality
- Voice
- Skin color and texture (for example, it is possible to choose scales or diamond skin)
- Hair
- and other features.
Additionally, players can customize their armor in patterns and colors, as well as adjust each individual facial feature. Big nose, evil eyes, tiny mouth? Everything is possible.
Moreover, there’s the unique “extreme aesthetics” feature. Here, players can push any sliders in the creator to the extreme. This results in completely bizarre characters. Like here:
Fans celebrate the Character Creator
This is how the community reacts: Looking around the Wonderlands subreddit, it quickly becomes clear: Right now, shortly after the release, players are having a lot of fun with the creator feature.
In the subreddit, users are currently categorized as either “Fatemaker” (members who are currently online), or “still building a character” (members of the subreddit).
“Slider-Overdrive is the future of gaming,” writes one user jokingly (via reddit) and many funny creations are also shared.

In short: Players are currently having a lot of fun with character crafting in the Wonderlands. It’s hard to even start playing.
However, once players get past the creation screen after about two to three hours, they are greeted with an entertaining fantasy game filled with plenty of shooting.
Wonderlands can also be played in split-screen mode. However, the split screen presents a challenge.
