In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands there are numerous weapons with special effects. And you should pay close attention to them – otherwise you’ll suddenly find yourself with a useless piece of metal instead of a powerful gun.
What kind of weapon is this? In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, you can find all kinds of weapons. From ridiculous examples like the Bread Buzzsaw Cannon to absolutely powerful firearms like the “Liquid Cooling”, everything is included.
And the “Antique Greatbow” somewhat belongs to both groups.
Several players have already found the weapon and are sharing it on the Wonderlands subreddit. And at first glance, the “Antique Greatbow” really is a great weapon, as it comes with exceedingly high damage values.
But meanwhile, it has already spread among many players: It’s better to sell the thing than to shoot with it.
This is the catch with the “Antique Greatbow” in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Here is the problem: If you look at the red description text of the legendary weapon, it reads: “It’d be worth a hefty sum if it was never fired” – meaning “It would be worth a considerable sum if it was never fired.”
And this text is unfortunately true. Because if you actually shoot just once, the valuable, antique weapon becomes a shadow of its former self. This was noted by the user nmpo on reddit:
He shot the cannon, in fact. As a result, of the approximately 41,000 coins that his Greatbow was worth, only about 8,000 remained. The weapon’s damage was reduced to one-tenth.
Consequently, the name of the weapon changed to “Used Antique Greatbow”, whose description text now reads “What a pity”.
Accordingly, you should think about what to do with the cannon if you find it. By the way, the weapon is available as a random world drop, but you can also get it with some luck from the miniboss “Thorne Shadow”.
Is it worth selling for you? Or do you have a particular enemy that deserves that one shot with high damage? Let us know in the comments!
